At Siraji Shop, we currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping to all currently supported destinations. Available shipping options will appear at checkout after you enter a complete delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

United States orders generally arrive within 6–10 business days, including processing time.

Delivery times for Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom vary by destination. The estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, high order volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after an order has been processed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any fees not collected during checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and relevant photos.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
